Additional notes:

  • TECHNICAL STOP will be charged at 50% of the turnaround rates
  • NIGHT OPERATION (00:01 - 08:00) LOCAL TIME will be charged with an  additional surcharge of 50% of turnaround rates
  • RETURN TO RAMP WITH CHANGE OF LOAD will be charged at 50% of turnaround rates
  • DISBURSEMENT FEES (Any Payment made by the handling company on behalf of the carrier will be subject to disbursement fees of 10% surcharge.
  • All services included in Basic Handling charges is applicable for 60 Min ground time

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Turnaround handling rates and other handling charges are exclusive of any government taxes, royalties,VAT and levies and would be charged additionally if applicable.
  • Passenger handling for Business Jets includes Meet & Assist services.  
  • Crew Assistance includes documentation,Meet & assist services on arrival and departure.
  • Ground Transportation can be booked directly through the Ground transportation widget on the site
  • Hotel Accommodation can be booked directly through the Hotel Accommodation widget on the site
  • Third party services including Catering, Airport charges, etc will be arranged by the local handler subject to availability
  • Any third party services would be invoiced at cost + 10% administration fees
  • Payments for third party invoices to be settled through payment link once service is completed before departure.
  • Aviation Fuel can be arranged at competitive rates.
  • Cabin loading/unloading of cargo on Passenger flights will attract a surcharge of USD 75/- per ton
