REMARKS:
- Disbursement fee of 10 % will be added on all third-party charges.
- Night surcharge of 25% will be applied on ground handling charges for all flights operating between 22:00 and 06:00 local time, weekends and during public holidays.
- Standby charges apply for all ramp equipment. In case of any cancellations, 50% of the total equipment charges will be applied.
- Passenger Handling includes airside VIP transportation (using Jetex Rolls-Royce cars) for up to 9 persons, lounge facilities for passengers and crew, and escort to customs and immigration area.
- All above prices are excluded of VAT (where applicable)

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Turnaround handling rates and other handling charges are exclusive of any government taxes, royalties,VAT and levies and would be charged additionally if applicable.
- Passenger handling for Business Jets includes Meet & Assist services.
- Crew Assistance includes documentation,Meet & assist services on arrival and departure.
- Ground Transportation can be booked directly through the Ground transportation widget on the site
- Hotel Accommodation can be booked directly through the Hotel Accommodation widget on the site
- Third party services including Catering, Airport charges, etc will be arranged by the local handler subject to availability
- Any third party services would be invoiced at cost + 10% administration fees
- Payments for third party invoices to be settled through payment link once service is completed before departure.
- Aviation Fuel can be arranged at competitive rates.
- Cabin loading/unloading of cargo on Passenger flights will attract a surcharge of USD 75/- per ton
