Note :

Ground time shall not exceed :
- 60 minutes (chocks on/off) for narrow body aircraft
- 90 minutes (chocks on/off) for wide body aircraft
- For night stops, 60 minutes from chocks and 60 minutes prior to chocks off.
- Dollies and baggage carts at ccheck-in sorting area are included 3 hours prior to departure
Use of equipment/manpower during excess ground time will be charged for every half hour or part thereof as per the published GSE price list.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Turnaround handling rates and other handling charges are exclusive of any government taxes, royalties,VAT and levies and would be charged additionally if applicable.
Passenger handling for Business Jets includes Meet & Assist services.
Crew Assistance includes documentation,Meet & assist services on arrival and departure.
Ground Transportation can be booked directly through the Ground transportation widget on the site
Hotel Accommodation can be booked directly through the Hotel Accommodation widget on the site
Third party services including Catering, Airport charges, etc will be arranged by the local handler subject to availability
Any third party services would be invoiced at cost + 10% administration fees
Payments for third party invoices to be settled through payment link once service is completed before departure.
Aviation Fuel can be arranged at competitive rates.
Cabin loading/unloading of cargo on Passenger flights will attract a surcharge of USD 75/- per ton
